Director of China-Africa Center of Mathematics, Professor Lei Ni, Attends International Academic Conference and Conducts Scholarly Exchange at Ibn Tofail University, Morocco

To further advance international academic exchange and cooperation, Professor Lei Ni, Director of the China-Africa Center of Mathematics was invited by the Faculty of Sciences at Ibn Tofail University, Morocco, to travel to Kenitra, Morocco, from May 2 to 8, 2026, to attend the International Conference on Homogeneous Spaces and Non-associative Algebras and conduct a series of academic exchange activities.

During the conference, Professor Ni was invited to deliver a plenary talk, sharing his team's latest research findings on frontier topics related to homogeneous spaces and non-associative algebras. He engaged in in-depth discussions with renowned scholars from France, Spain, India, Morocco, and other countries, exchanging views on research progress and potential collaboration in Lie groups and differential geometry.

Professor Ni also held a dedicated meeting with Selmaoui, Vice President for International Affairs at Ibn Tofail University, focusing on matters of cooperation involving the China-Africa Center of Mathematics. In addition, he conducted working meetings with heads of relevant departments, exploring potential areas of collaboration in joint talent development, joint research projects, and co-construction of academic platforms, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of a stable academic exchange mechanism.
